4lbs is a really good loss. You've lost over a stone in 2 weeks which is brilliant. Which other diet would you get that on? Up to this week I was averaging 4lbs a week and was really pleased with that. Hope it continues. Keep going you are doing fab!

Well done hun, excellent losses. You will go through an occasional bad day, but it will soon pass, just keep strong and glugging that beautiful fat busting liquid - water.

Fantastic! 1st 2lbs in 2 weeks - that's brilliant.

When I have a weak 'moment' (day/week/whatever) my DH always points out that my body is doing a lot of extra work metabolising all this fat so it's not surprising it should get a bit tired now and then ...... God love him ..... it's probably a load of rubbish but it DOES make me feel better! :) x

Great loss hun! Do you know how to update your ticker??? Just click on it (left double click) and it will bring you to the website and put in your password and click edit/update and change "current weight". Then click save on the end of the page.

You should be showing off that loss! Well done again!
