Ooo I love my crisps, especially the Kettle ones. Yum Yum. Havent had any tho either, ive been a good girl, Only ones Ive tried are the Tesco Light choices Potato thins but they werent that exciting.

Not eating crisps is great...this isn't just about loosing weights but learning life lessons and creating a better lifestyle for when you hit maintaing, if you want to keep it off the crisps have to go, so by doing things the better way now, you'll win at the end :)

That's what I feel, I know my danger foods & I know I am best to stay away from them & hopefully this is gonna retrain me cos I'm sure as hell not gonna put this back on once I've shifted it!!!!
