No idea how to go about it but I’m done being chubs

Hello, I’m so sad and fed up of being the biggest of all my friends. I’m always avoiding photos and missing out on things due to low confidence. I’ve been half arseing it for months and losing and gaining the same few lb over and over.

Today that stops! I haven’t decided which diet to follow but I’m determined to make a dent in the scales and start enjoying time with my children(8&1)

I used this website a few years ago and it was full of advice and support so hoping there’s some nice people to help each other along the way

Goodluck. While not sure what diet to follow.

Start from the basics.

No fizzy drinks. No calorific drink's. No junk food.
Focus on protein And veggies and alittle carbs but lots of veggies.
