Its going well. I'm really enjoying it. Not sure about a good loss this week after those two krispy kreme doughnuts on sat.

Too much wine on Saturday so trying for a couple of red days to try and cancel it out lol

Breakfast: melon, 2 hifi lights (hxb)
Lunch: chicken and cheese (hxa) salad and a yogurt
Snack: apple
Dinner: noodles and bolegnaise with broccolli and cauliflower. Mini milk (1.5 syns)
Snack: philly light (5.5 syns), chicken, iced gems (5 syns)

Total syns: 12

Lunch: ham (3 syns) and cheese (hxa) salad and a yogurt
Snack: 2 hifi lights (2nd hxb)
Dinner: gran's homemade soup
Supper: pasta, broccolli and cauliflower with 70g philly light (2nd hxa) and 60g cheddar (12 syns)

Well i only lost half a pound at weigh in on wed. Ended up seriously off plan from wed night to sat. Got really ill with heartburn and ibs pain so ended up booking my first ever colonic on sat.
Wow what an experience!! Weird at first but i loved it and the pain of the ibs was gone within minutes of the treatment starting. Got a follow up session tomorrow night and have been back on plan since the procedure. May have to accept that after everything i gorged on earlier in the week that i may have a gain on wed but i feel better in myself, like i have given myself a proper fresh start.

Today's Food:

Breakfast: yogurt and an apple
Lunch: 2 ww pitta bread with philly light and salad (hxa and hxb and 5 syns)
Snack: apple
Dinner: 3 large peppers stuffed with savoury rice, sweetcorn, peas, broadbeans, carrots, green beans and onions
Supper: babycorn

Went swimming today, walked there but got a taxi back. Body magic: 40mins swimming, 30mins walking

Hiya It's great that you're back on plan, we all have some days were we go off the rails but getting back to it straight afterwards makes all the difference.

Beat 3 eggs
5 Scran bran mushed up in boiling water, sweetener, tablespoon golden syrup, ounce of cocoa mix together and put in micro for Seven minutes. 11.5 syns.

It's kinda like ryvita. You buy it in group or holland and barrett. One of the girls at group brought some in tonight and its amazing. Tastes likr chocolate brownie. Am just making myself one just now so will see how that turns out.

Oh btw 4.5lbs off this week :D
