Well here I am, yet again. I'm going on holiday in 6 weeks and would LOVE to have lost a stone by then. I must stop sabotaging myself, and also going out on the lash on a weekend and eating junk on a Sunday to recover. I just end up where I started.

2lb a week is definitely achievable, as long as I stop going out to play. Walking and running should keep me occupied.....I hope
