NO NO NO NO!

    :cry:OMG NOOOOOOO.

    This cant be happening. I want to cry im so so so so hungry i feel sick....like my tummy is empty.

    It was like this yesterday and i thought it would pass and its not....i am so upset....i am thinking about whats in the cupboards.

    I want to be thin....yet this is horrrrriddddd. What if this is my hunger from now on, everyday for 38 days?

    Sorrrryyyyy....I know im being a moaner!xxx

    Try having a big glass of water. Make your mind think it's full.

    Don't give in hun.

    When your body is used to huge quantities of food, your stomach stretches to compensate for all the food. Your stomach has to get used to the fact it's not going to get filled to breaking point anymore. You need to bury yourself into a book, anything that ill keep your mind off eating.

    Please please please! Don't give in.

    This is day er....12.....yes 12. I think its that im stressed over work, slept 3 hours, have drunk 2l already so i dont think its water related. I just dont know.
    I think i am ok. Hungry so bad i feel sick other than that a little teary but generally ok....xxx

    Oh dear! try having a think of why u want to loose weight. gosh day 12 doing fantastic but still hungry STILL????? im sure u should'nt be.

    OK SMW, do not despair. Water helps, so does black coffee and any other permitted drinks (peppermint tea, black tea, or a tea with a spoonful of vanilla CD food pack).

    Then its time to distract yourself, anything not involving food. A relaxing bath, curl up with a novel, paint your nails, facepack, tidy out clothes drawers, I am assuming you are at home and not work as your employer might not approve of the pampering bath right now.

    It will pass and you will be alright x

    smw. just a thought, some of us drink the bouillion drink that you can buy from your CD counsellor, not sure if you have to be on CD for a set length of time before you can buy it I know on Lighterlife that you could have it once you were in ketosis

    This drink is a life saver for many, you can buy supermarket version - swiss vegetable drink by marigold, I think.

    I believe that you can have one a day on CD, its almost like having another foodpack to look forward to!

    SMW, I am on day 8 and still suffering with hunger pangs, so you really aren't alone. My house has been cleaned from top to bottom today as it has been really bad. I really hope you can hang in there my lovely.

    You moan away sweetie, hope the pangs ease soon. Don't picture the food, picture how gorgeous you will look in a few months time

    Hello people....i surrendered and had my second shake much earlier than normal. I feel much better now.

    I knows its odd isnt it! I wasnt hungry until yesterday....i dont know whats happened. It sounds odd but its the two days that i HAVNT exercised ive been hungry? Go figure.

    Thanks everyone for helping me with my moment of weakness....(or shall i say day) xxx

    Just to say, I have had cups of tea with milk every day on CD (about 4 cups) and I have always lost, so maybe a cuppa will sort you out - with sweetners of course, no sugar !

    As awful as this experience has been, I wonder if there are lessons to be learnt for future reference. Today I also rather apprehensively moved forward my second foodpack as I was horribly ravenous, and it seems to have paid off as I feel much better now.

    So pleased that you got through the terrible hunger pangs x
