No period ...will it return as normal when I finish diet?

Ok, sorry to any guys here, lol!

My period was due 8 days ago, I thought I had mild symptoms last week but obvs not. Usually you could set your watch by me & I'm def not preg (unless an immacualte conception, lol!) Now I know a VLCD can mess with things, which I'm fine with ....but will it go back to normal after the diet? Just had an awful fear of going infertile - god forbid!!!

As a 2nd timer I can confirm that I went totally back to normal.

I hadn't had mine for over a year and half after finished the depo provera jag but it came back on saturday after 5 weeks into this diet - I'm so pleased, so I guess this can mess with your cycle.

It really does. Mine are normally every 28 days but go crazy on this. Something to do with hormones being stored in fat.

Mine was 4 days late this month, I guess it could come anytime soon and I wouldnt worry to much about it x

ok, panic over, it came last nite! lol! ...not a fan of not being able to predict it but when I'm in NYC next week at least I won't have it!
