Thanks for replying.. :) no worries.. Hopefully one of the moderators will approve it soon, it was quite long winded, so dont really want to re write it all!!
Anyways, I hope you reach your goal weight.. :) I started my new diet on Thursday.. I'm doing a VLCD diet.. A strange experience! But hopefully I'll lose the 3 stone I need to shift! :)

Ah I've done the Cambridge a few times so know all about them sort of diets!! Good for quick weight loss, not so good to do for a prolonged time. X
 
I'm not planning on doing it long term, possibly 12 weeks max, but on the diet I'm on, I am actually eating food and still maintaining ketosis at same rate as LL and CD (I'm hoping!) 1st proper weigh in is next week tho! So time will only tell!
I'm hoping to follow suit like you and go onto a complete food diet once I've lost the initial weight as then I'll be well enough to try the gym again.. :)
