Slimming for my children
Just wanna know what if any low syn or syn free products I can stock up on from asda for the next week or so as hubs is coming with me and paying lol and normally i have to watch what we spend on the joint lol.

Any recs?x

It's a ready made block of polenta (instead of having to boil the grains yourself), goes well in place of potato or pasta. You can cut slices off it and line a baking tray with it and cover with passata and herbs and a cheese topping etc. I tend to use it more as a toast substitute (not that it's anything like hot buttered toast but hey ho) and fry it in fry light, sprinkle with an ounce of cheese then tip heinz spaghetti or sainsburys veg ravioli over it. It's really nice and free too, makes a great filling breakfast, I've got 3 blocks in the fridge now x

Asda sell the heinz sweet chilli beans, they're yummy. It's not free, but their frozen meat free meatballs are nicer than quorn. Their frozen mince is free, I believe, that's also nicer than quorn.
