No syn rhubarb ideas

    For some reason my rhubarb has started growing again like a triffid on speed.
    Now usually I would make rhubarb crumble:eating:

    Does anyone know any no or low syn recipies for rhubarb:confused:

    I like stewed rhubarb topped with 0% greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.

    What are the syns of rhubarb when it's cooked? I always worry about that

    various then S&S/Paleo now 5:2 with 16.8
    198g stewed or pureed without sugar is half a syn
    OR
    you can have 454g stewed rhubarb as a healthy extra B, or 283g stewed apple plus 283g stewed rhubarb as a healthy extra B

    @karnak:
    Have you thought of inventing a sort of crumble topping with porridge oats and counting the oats as a B? :)
