Good luck Britt, you look pretty in both pics even if you are different weights. It was good to read your story and yet agin as given me inspiration to carry on like so many stories that i read here x

You sound a lot like me but Im twice youre age. My start weight was 18.9lb. I got to 12.3lb begining of the year and now back to 13 stone. I must have lost 4 stone (altogether) since the begining of the year and regained them again. you look fantastic. Im sure you can do it. remember why you started and tell that voice in your head that stops you by self sabatage to shut up.
Im taking my own medicine and am determined to get through the 12 barrier before christmas. Join me.
