    I havn't been able to eat an awful lot today cause its my star week and i just feel bloated and full for some reason :(


    HEX A - Skimmed Milk
    HEX B -

    Breakfast

    Ham, scrambled eggs ( some hexa milk ) 1/4 plate grilled mushrooms 1/4 plate baked beans

    Lunch

    I didnt have any because i have serious * pains today and i feel massively bloated :(

    Dinner

    Sw Chicken Curry ( syn free ) packed with peppers and mushrooms, and rice and a few SW chips, not many i wasn't hungry.

    Snacks

    1 sweet ( 2 syns )
    asda banoffe vitality bar ( 3.5 syns )
    Pineapple
    2 chilli rice cakes (4 syns )
    Strawberries


    Dont think i quite managed my ten speed foods today but out of all that i managed

    2 x mushroom portions
    1 x pepper portions
    1 x bean portion
    1 x pineapple portion
    1 x strawberry portion

    6/10 for a bloated day isnt too bad :)

    DRINKS

    Coffee x 3 ( hex a skimmed milk )

    I had a late breakfast today and a bit of an odd 1 lol


    HEX A - Skimmed milk
    HEX B - Ryvitta / Alpen Bar

    Breakfast

    Grilled mushroom and tomatoes
    Strawberries, raspberries and vanilla mullerlight on top

    Lunch

    380gram pre packed fruit salad - mango, kiwi, pineapple, melon
    3 table spoons of pasta


    Dinner

    i made a broccoli, mushroom and tomato quiche and had a half plate full of salad ( lettuce, cucumber, jalapenos, sweetcorn, tomato and orange pepper ) and a 1/4 plate of beetroot.

    1 x pineapple portion

    1 x raspberry portion

    1 x mixed salad

    still feeling quite bloated today due to * so im still not eating as much as usual.

    Im headin out tonight with flexible syns for a drinks :)

    Random lunch was trying to eat alot of speed foods to counter act the gain this week .... so had a box of mushrooms grilled and a tin of mushy peas

    Super free soup

    havnt been feeling too good ... feeling a bit down :( as well as hungover this morning .... no appetite at all ..... which i suppose isnt a bad thing at least im not tempted to eat rubbish and i had 2 meals today :)

    Breakfast

    fresh fruit salad ( pineapple kiwi and grapes )

    Snack
    Lean ham with 1 slice of wm ww bread and 1 spoon of mixed salad

    Lunch

    lettuce, cherry toms, cucumber, grated carrot, sweetcorn and red pepper with grilled bacon medallion cut up and mixed with grilled mushrooms I added a 1/2 tsp of balsamic vinegar and a tablespoon of reduced fat coleslaw (4 syns )


    Dinner

    mushy pea curry sauce
    chow mein noodles
    quorn chicken pieces cooked in soy sauce and 7up free with mushrooms and peppers

    Snack

    mullerlight and alpen light bar mixed

    1 x lettuce
    1 x tomatoes
    1 x pepper, mush, onions
    1 x cucumber
    1 x pineapple
    1 x kiwi
    1 x pepper / carrot
    1 x mushrooms

    hi wee doll just been looking at ur diary it looks very healthy, i probably don't have enough superfree food and i know i dont drink enough water so am going to try and do both this week was going to try and do a red week but have to admit i find ee easier to follow (when i first started could not get my head round it after doing red and green for years lol) was going to buy a melon today but they were £1.99 will wait and look in tescos i'm too tight to pay that for it ( would pay £1.99 on bar of chocolate tho hee hee) and have thought i have lost 15lbs doing mainly ee although its taken me 11 weeks to do it , right need to have some lunch beef stir fry i think :D

    hey val :) i havnt been keeping this up to date at all recently im deffo going to start to update it more often :)

    i make sure i get as much speed or super speed food :) i find that i lose more and faster than i did first time round

    first week i lost 3lbs
    second week i ate take aways etc but still lost 0.5lbs
    3rd and 4th i didnt do sw as i was working away but last week i lost 4lbs following ee and also making sure i eat loads of speed and super speed :)

    i jus buy the wee packs of melon in asda for £1 :)

    hi wee doll am now armed with melon lol my son went to tescos and bought me 2 as a present cause i was baby sitting for him so that was handy i only have a sainsburies near me and the fruit is 2 for £4 (in the prepared tubs) thought that was a bit too expensive concidering wasn't much in them. i found an old s/w book (when it was just red and green days and corned beef was free) and i lost 18lbs in 5 weeks doing red but i was 10 years younger and more active than what i am now lol. done a red day yesterday and have today as well, have made loads of veg soup nice and warming on a cold day. have a good afternoon val :)
