Nom yogurts and chicken satays

Ho all. Anyone know the syn value on them icelands nom yougurts with the fruit in another pot? And the icelands chilled chicken satays? Thanks in advance

Are they like the muller fruit corners? I don't think they are fat free yoghurts so it should just be a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories

1syn for every 20 calories? So thats how it works lol. I got the syn value for the yogurts there 5 and a half syns. But i had one anyway ha ha
