Hi all, well I've come over from slimming world (which I haven't done for a while) as I find I struggle when I can't have something I want so figured by doing this I can...
Does anyone have any great hints and tips?!

Hiya! You're already in the right place for support :) Maybe make a diary to keep track of your journey in the calorie counting diary section?

Are you on My Fitness Pal? That's a brilliant way to track your calories! Makes it so easy!

I'm sure you'll do really well! Good luck!
 
I have just joined my fitness pal, just need to try and get on there often enough! and the same goes for diary really but will try and get my (rather large) bum in gear and do one! I am how ever putting pen to paper at home and doing one! Fingers crossed!!
 
As long as you are logging your intake somewhere, you'll do great :)
 
You'll soon get into the habit of posting your food onto MFP. Before you know it, you'll be sat at the dinner table with your phone at hand, like one of the kids ; ) x
