    Yesterday i brought some of the noodles you do in the cup thing, already made up just have to add water? anyway it's the ko-lee go noodles and on the back it says 'per serving' (cup makes 1 serving of approx 265g when prepared) cals - 235.85 sat fat - 4.51 ... when i calculated this it comes to 4.5 points! which i think is ace for noodles quick and easy like this (i know the low fat super noodles are 2.5 for half or 5 for the whole lot) but i mean for a different choice its good... that's if i have got it right..

    With those low fat super noodles what makes them so different to the ordinary ones? is it just the way they cook the noodles?? if so and it's nothing to do with the packet sauce thing you get with it... do you think if i used the low fat super noodles, but use say the bbq beef sauce to go with it, it will still be low in points?? as i'm thinking the power packet thing won't be the cause for such high points surely?? anyway thanks :) hehe

    Love Noodles. The Straight to Wok ones are only 3.5pts and if you add onions, soy sauce and a drop of sesame oil - yum!
