Noodles

Hello all this is my 4th week online Slimming World. I am finding some parts a tad bit confusing. I would nearly need to go to a class for a few weeks but none around me.

I need to know are all noodles Free on red ?? I have Amoy Straight to the Wok noodles or can someone tell me which ones are syn free apart from Supernoodles fat free as we don't have them in Ireland.

Or low syn noodles thanks

Noodles are only a free food on green and EE. Like all other carbs they are synned on the red day and would normally be quite high. The amoy ones for instance would be 11.5 syns for the plain one

Oh god that's a pitty. Thanks for your reply I won't be buying noodles
