has anybody heard of these and know the syn values please?

a friend of mine was told in her class that they were free but i don't seem too sure?

they're just instant mash but they're flavoured like mushy peas, curry etc

i can post the nutritional value of a few of the flavours if needed

I think i have seen these in Morrisons. Never really noticed them much though.

They sound like they might be syn free if made with just water. Do you want to post the values and i will look on the syn calculator. x

I got them from home bargain, they're only 33p or something so if they're free then it's amazing to go with some fish or something!

this is for the curry flavor (and yes they're just with water)

in the ingredients it actually has veg in it (peas, carrot, onion) and the flavouring is mainly just spices and garlic powder so i'm thinking not too bad?

Free per package/portion on Green
7½ Syns per package/portion on Original

yay thanks!! this is amazing, they're soooo nice aswell, don't taste like instant mash atall, I think because of the flavours? and so cheap too haha! x
