I agree with all of the comments about this.. Especially the support of your husband and family issue.. this is vital if you want to succeed! My other half is an incredibly "fussy eater" and still sticks to the SW plan with me.. And he would certainly not encourage me to buy chips!! I also find the more organised I am the easier I find it to stick to plan :) I have found If i plan my food a few days in advance, decide which days I am doing when and Pack my lunches for the next day ready that it is just too easy!! Good Luck with the rest of your journey and don't beat yourself up over it.. Im not sure what the correct way is.. but I would stick to 5 syns a day this week and eat lots of SS foods .. Then hopefully you will still have a loss xx
