So I weigh myself on Thursday and get all ready to start SW properly (altho I think my syns for champers and choccies on NYE take me into next month ;)) and then I get a :sick: and all I want to do is eat. Eat bad food. Synful food :(

Oh well. Here's to the scales for when I get better

I hope you will be feeling better soon and then you will be able to focus on your weight loss journey...for now wrap up and drink plenty of fluids and look after yourself:patback:
Poor you! Maybe a nice highlights hot choc would hit the spot with a hi-fi bar to dunk?

If you really want to comfort eat, I hate to be the devil on your shoulder but maybe you should allow yourself a treat (in moderation). Sometimes we all need to stray from the diet a bit. As long as we jump back on the wagon it's not too bad. ;-)

i also second what happy holidays said and you could look out for the sw comfort foods.
i also eat like mad when i have a cold and ive not gone off plan due to a cold yet.....i just make the most of what i can have on sw.
Take care of yourself and when u are feeling a little better, you will be able to get your head around things xxx


Just doing it this time
spicey soups - and a chunk of bread (heb's) - go for green so you can have two heb's and use 6 syns on a third slice of chunky bread. DELICIOUS.

Warm up some frozen berries - OK you have to syn them if they mulch and lots of sweetener for comfort - and natural yog with sweetener - blooming gorgeous.

Go Green - plenty of pasta and a nice thick tom and veg sauce,

Go Red - a BIG BIG STEW.
