Not going very well...

Sometimes it just happens..............unfortunately, but stick with it. I had 4 weeks of staying the same despite being good(ish), eating the same as I had from day one and had had a loss every week without fail up until then.

I was feeling pretty fed up and then 3 weeks ago I lost a pound and last week lost half a pound and this week lost a pound. I know 2.5lb's in 3 weeks to some people isn't a lot but when you have stayed the same for 4 weeks it's great to me.

It happens. Stick with it - the weight will come off.
