Hi everyone.
I've been on weight watchers for 6 weeks now. The first 3 weeks were great and I lost 18lb
. However the last 3 weeks I've not lost anything and can't understand why I'm stuck.
Im allowed 32 points a day and here's an idea of what I am eating.
Breakfast- 2 weetabix with skimmed milk.
Snack- banana.
Lunch- either a jacket potato with tuna and salad or fish and vegtables.
Snack- fruit.
Evening (i usually have sweet cravings so) 2 meriunge nests with strawberries and a ww youghurt.
I drink no calorie flavoured water throughout the day.
Aswel as running around after my 8 month old I walk 2/3 miles a day and do an hour of my excersise dvd during the evening.
Can anyone suggest where I am going wrong?? I'm really keen to continue with ww but feeling a little discouraged after the last few weeks.
