Not lost this week

Naughty I know but I jumped on the scale this morning and have not lost anything since last weigh in on 4th June. I go again on Monday so hopefully it will have moved by then but it has left me feeling really fed up today. Any words of motivation for me? I have been on plan all the time.
 
I weigh myself daily. It's great on the days the scales go down, gives me a boost for the while day. Not so good when they don't shift or even worse, they go up. The great thing about LL is that if you stick to the plan you will lose weight. Just got to have faith and keep at it.
