ProPoints Not so Newbie...

Hi everybody :)

My name is Kelly and I am 18.5lbs into an 8 stone journey. I started at WW again in November and it has taken me this long to finally get my act together!

I am starting this diary as an incentive to stay on track and use my points on better choices! I have 36 points a day and today I have had my 36 and 7 weeklies. Not ideal I know and I have eaten rubbish foods like crisps and Pot Noodle...Not good!

BUT my hubby is on nights and I usually have a few vodkas which is another problem...I have been drinking far too much, it has been sneaking into my nightly routine to have a nightcap and it's not helping my weight loss at all! I am sticking to drinking at the weekend only from now on.

I want to do this for myself...to feel like me again. I also have a 9 month old baby girl, Anna, who deserves a happy and healthy mummy.

Hope I haven't bored you all! I wi on a Tuesday night and I will be posting my first day of food tomorrow...thank you for your support (in advance) :p
