I rejoined SW on new years eve and have really enjoyed going to group etc, my consultant is brilliant but I am struggling so much at the moment. I stick to plan and lose weight one week, then I gain it all back the next, I don't want to yoyo and feel like I am wasting £4.95 every week. It's nobody's fault but my own and now I am debating about leaving SW and just eating clean here at home
I feel like such a failure, would you keep at it if you were me?
