    Hi there
im new to this and really confused now.

I started CD in jan and did so well losing 12ibs and now no matter what i do i cant shift any more although i know i can as i have been lighter before IM stuck at 11st 9 and my goal is 10st 4 so still quite a way off. :(

What can i do? Im thinking of going to SW but worried as i have a wheat and yeast intolerance so cant really do that properly can i?

    Any thoughts or opinions welcome?

    What does your CDC say???

If you are following CD properly with plenty of water and no extras you can't fail to lose weight, unless you have a medical condition. On 415 cals per day from the packs, your body requires 2000 cals = 1500 cals worth of fat/energy being burnt by your body.

I'd go back to your CDC and maybe your Doctor if you know you have done CD properly.

    Good luck.

Thats what i thought and its getting me down. Cant seem to move from that 11st 9 mark for the past 3 weeks!
Im going to see my CDC on monday so fingers crossed she has a solution. Although i must admit my water intake is rather on the low side lately.
