not sure which day?

    can anyone help,
    having beef curry for tea tonight , and would love rice with it, not choose a day yet not sure if to have red, green or extra easy? haha
    if i have red day do i have to have brown rice as a heb and if so how much?
    and if green how much meat?
    and if extra easy am i right in saying dont matter how much of each i have or if rice is brown or not,

    help haha one day of plan and my mind as gone to pot haha:)

    I can't help really as a vegetarian I only do green days but yesterday had an EE - not planned only used 1 A and 1 B.

    I don't think you can eat brown rice as a healthy b unless it's changed lately (haven't been since EE came out, so I may be wrong) I always had rice on green days.

    I would do EE, as that way the beef and the rice are free.
    It just means you can only have 1 A and 1 B in the day.
    Rice isn't a HEXB on red either.
    I reckon EE is your best bet! :)
