Not working for me this!

This diet is not working for me. i am just stuck between 9'8 and 9,10.
I got to 9,1 on Calorie counting but then gained a few lbs so i thought id try this to try and give my body a kick but its clearly not working.

Back to calorie counting i think!

Hey hun. Give it more time. Set a deadline and see if your plan works for you. If not, then go try a different one. I'm taking a fruit supplement called AcaiSlim which is really working for me. I am losing appetite but i still eat what i want. It's just that, it's already limited. No side effects for me.

I am stuck at 9.13 and 10 the diet dies work you have to perceiver honestly and mix it up try mixing days do some red drink 2 ltrs of water and eat scan bran I was stuck for 6 months no lie! I done this and past two weeks I've lost 1lb each week, although star week this week so not expecting much if a gain! But keep plodding on I was going to change to I just hate calorie counting!

Without seeing what you're eating its hard for anyone to make a judgement on why you aren't loosing. What i would say is that there are hundreds of thousands of people for whom it does work, so its more likely to be a case of you not following the plan properly (not intentionally) or you being at the weight your body naturally wants to stay at. I know you have weighed less in the past, but you said yourself you couldn't maintain it.

How tall are you? You'd have to be under 5' 3" to even border on being overweight at 10 stone. Maybe you've reached your healthy weight? Being underweight is no healthier than being overweight. Congratulations on losing what you have! :)

Tbh ive had a look through your old posts, you made a similar post a few months ago to which the advice was do a food diary. You started one but didnt update it. Im not really sure what more advice we can offer you tbh without seeing what youre eating.

Sometimes, your diet needs a bit of shaking up.

You might be doing it 100% and not getting anywhere, but if you stick to the same meals, the same HEs and the same syns then your body will get used to them.

Hi hun i am another short one. Tbh im not aiming any lower than just under 10 (my target is 9/13). Regardless of what any charts say about my being overweight i know having been lower than that before i cannot maintain that and maintain the lifestyle i want. Its that kind of thing ive learnt to be realistic about. There are ladies on here who have gone lower with sw so it will help you get there if you have the weight to lose. But if it isnt going easily do ask yourself if it is worth all the energy effort and anguish for a few pounds. Ive been there and decided it isnt.

I know what you mean I do agree but I know just even a few more pounds wld make me feel better I feel better than I have in years but not quite happy yet
