Just lifted my weight I have lost in sugar. Wow heavy!!!! Where was I storing this weight?!?
It soon mounts up - I have now lost the equivalent of my eldest daughter in weight so far and struggle to lift her out of the bath, hard to believe I carried that around all the time 8 months ago.
On another note, if you want pocket or gatefold invitations I can maybe help.
Your food diary looks excellent by the way - I'm having a hungry evening and reading about food might keep me from actually eating it!

Yeah I'm following slimming world it's ok once you do get your head around it. I'm coming up to my twelve weeks in a few days time.

Just read through this thread! well done on the weight loss!
I seem to be stuck on -1lb for the past two weeks. I know -1lb is still something to be proud of but do you have any tips or tricks? x
 
Ahhh dont worry hun I battle with this all the time, I dont see myself how other see me, to me I still feel bigger than I am!!
