So, only 7 month till we get hitched and I'm on my weight loss journey with the cambridge weight plan.
Super excited to start losing weight again!
With the plan you lose around a stone a month. Whilst I'm super happy to lose weight I'm sooooo worried about my dress. I brought it in the size I am now just incase I was unable to lose weight, but I can only have it taken in up to 4 sizes! I think my plan will be to lose enough weight for the dress to be taken in as much as It can and stay on maintenance stage till after the wedding. I would love to continue to lose weight but I can't afford to buy a smaller dress.
Weigh day on Friday, I hope it's a good loss!
