Saturday morning sounds like a great time, mine is a Monday evening which isn't good! Mondays are hard enough some weeks without that as well!
Yeah, I've stuck to 3 packets a day since September, one day I had a wedding to go to and that day I did have a third of a chicken breast and a floret of broccoli... Oh, and on my daughters birthday party I ate a cake crumb... But that's it!
To be honest, I'm not hugely missing solid food... I'm never hungry, though I do drink masses of water each day! However,I do still crave food, not so much recently, and I also dream of it!
I really enjoy my shakes, only choc mint, and now love my water, and it's going fine.. I just hope it lasts!
