What you do chop off an arm? Was it your first week?
It does seem like it, after Saturday night, 4-30am finish just to give you an idea of what it was like, I sort of got annoyed with myself as I had only originally wanted half a bottle of vino! So since then I have been very good, no alcohol, bread or meat! Also promised self no alcohol or bread or chocolate till after Great South Run on 30th!
I used, I think as diary with SW consultant, 84.5 for the week! When you consider that out of that, 25 were on a cheese & onion slice, 8 for a spicy bean burger, 6 on falafal and 4.5 on a mushroom burger. I'll have to scan the diary and post!
Not first week, have been doing SW for a year now, but have not been seriously on plan for ages, have been playing with it. Also have been doing more exercise this week.
