So I've had a little break from SW & a holiday in Cyprus!! I've reached the enough is enough stage again. I'm off to my local SW group tonight to re-join again. Dreading it! I am the heaviest I've been in a long time. 17 weeks to Christmas & although I say it every year I really want to lose some weight!!
I'm a stay at home Mum of 2 boys (3 & 1yrs) & so I do find it difficult to stay focused & out of the fridge!!
Anyway, I'm sick of talking the talk & never doing anything about it! I'm sure after stepping on the scales this evening I'll spring into action!!
 
Having a good week so far!! Very good considering it's been a Bank Hol wknd!! WI tomorrow night. X
 
4lb off in first week!! Going for 3lb this week x
 
Tried sticking to plan over a very busy weekend but I've struggled! Trying to have very little syns over the next few days to see if I can squeeze a loss in???!!!!
 
1pm loss - pleased with that! Going for at least 2lb this week to get my 1/2 stone!
