Hello again,

I have officially been to SW and joined tonight Am geared up ready to start tomorrow... although I already have a couple of questions... Firstly, are pasta'n'sauce (batchelors I think!) free on green? Also, is uncle bens express rice (flavoured) free on green? I think there might be a couple of sins in them...? Finally, I've made a load of homemade stuff and frozen it e.g. cottage pie, lasagne etc for my main meals. How many sins would these be?! Sorry for so many Qs already!

Most Pasta'n'Sauces are free. One or two have a few syns in.

Use the password (and register) with SW Online and you can find all the syns online which is a help sometimes!

I know that the macaroni and the cheese, leek and ham have one syn per packet. Not sure about the uncle bens rice though. As for the things you have cooked yourself, have you made them with quorn mince or normal mince?

Oooo great to batch cook but it all depends on the other ingredients and what day you have them on red or green..
