    I used to be 17st and basically lost it all through a massive amount of exercise and really good diet, sadly due to full time work. I got down to 11st my target weight.
    Start weight on lipotrim 14.5
    So far my progress......

    15/04 14st 5
    17/04 14st
    20/04 13st 9
    23/04 13st 8
    26/04 13st 7
    28/04 13st 6
    30/04 13st 4
    01/05 13st 3

    So it's going okay so far.
    Doing twice a week runs- very hard, feel a bit vacant when running but-it's manageable.
    Have also kept up my weights but not as much.
    Do miss food and socialising massively. Though- it's not forever I know.
    Feel strong now-though day 12-14 was awful- really strong urges to eat. But- I fought it....and I won!

    Now on day 21...I am sure it is getting harder.
    Everyday someone has a really nice meal. Home cooked and I convince myself that I should break...but stop myself!
    I am literally borderline obese now....few more pounds and no longer in the obese category!
    Managed 30 Minutes running and weights too yesterday!
    Just thought I would keep you posted!
    Think it is time of the month coming up...maybe that is why I feel more cravings and a bit bloated tonight?
    Got to drink more as I am simply not drinking enough at the moment.
    My tip is to make vanilla mousse. Never had it as a shake but the mousse is really nice with hand blender.
    21 days= 1stone 6lbs so not too bad! helps me to type...!
    Flapjacks are nice to chew!
