I was thinking for more of a psychological crutch. I know the ketosis stops the physical hunger but I get the really bad urges to eat at key times when I did before. I was thinking these have a bit of a minty taste and might help take my mind off it. Especially in the evenings when I try not to drink quite so much water otherwise I am up loads in the night. As it is I do 4 litres and thats bad enough.
I wouldn't go for them for the simple reason it has no ingredients listed nor does it explain how they work. Because no ingredients listed there is no way to tell if it will affect ketosis.
I would have thought though if there were any real ingredients of benefit in there they would shout about them. Maybe if they do work they just do so because of the mintyness. Ever heard the tip clean your teeth when you want to snack as you don't want to eat with a minty mouth?
I would save money and buy a bottle of listerine instead. However if you do find they are a psychological crutch and they help you... well why not - as long as they don't mess with teh big K
