Iv just had a sugared raspberry jam filled doughnut (it was yummy which means its really bad!!!) Does anyone know how many syns they are??

I couldnt find sugared specifically, but most jam doughnuts are sugared arent they? I thought they would be more syns than this! x

I had a custard doughnut in the week, a little higher in syns than a jam doughnut but hell it was worth the days syns!!!
