    Hi everyone I am Saf a mum of 4 beautiful children all aged 5 and under! Before falling pregnant with my last baby i was doing quite well with my weightloss but it all went to pot after having my daughter who is now 6 months old. Last time i started off on exante and than s&s and then back to sw. This time I would love to get a bulk of my weight off with s&s and the remaining with sw but for the last few days I have been on and off s&s so need to focus. I will weigh in tomorrow and start fresh from there. I have about 7 and a half to 8 stones to lose but will confirm that when i weigh in tomorrow. I I also dont have anything coming up until february so have a good month to get a stone or more off so wish me luck everyone, for me the first 2 weeks are hardest mentally and than after that i'm fine x

    Right before my little madam decides she wants another feed i think I will jot down how my day has been. Woke up and weighed myself and was a bit dismayed to see I'm back in the high 16's at 16st11lbs. I have been drifting in and out of 16st so need to get out of them asap lol. I did lifestyle plan and had:
    Caramel shakeCottage pie
    2 boiled eggs
    150ml skimmed milk
    4 litres of water
    2 teas and 1 coffee
    So day one done and dusted
    Will do some mini goals in the next few days to keep me motivated as I love meeting goals x

    Well done on finishing day one, how you finding it? I think im gonna send hubby to work with scales to stop me weighing myself everyday! X

    After a few very stressful events in my life I stopped slim and save as it was depressing me even more but I have decided that I really now need to focus on my weight as I am just getting heavier and heavier and the last time I checked I was back in the 17s! I won't lie my first love is slimming world but I am now that heavy that it's affecting my day to day little things. It's mainly the achy joints from carrying the extra weight around so I'm not being a very good active mummy. Also my relationship with my husband is getting affected, I have lost all confidence in myself and don't like him being near me and I know and so does he that the only way I will gain it back is through weight loss. Also I am a bit tight in spending money and not very many of my clothes and bras fit me and the ones that though are getting really tight and uncomfortable so need to lose weight to buy new smaller sizes not larger sizes. So enough of the moan, I will be restarting on Monday as right now I am at my mums so have no packs with me and will be going back home on Sunday. I have around 26 27 days worth of packs so my first challenge will be to get past week 2 x

    stopped doing s&s until I got my head in the right place so feel really positive right now so ready to restart now x

    All ready and rearing to go tomorrow. Have also had my free banofee porridge delivered so will be having that for breakfast x

    Eeeekkk weighed in at 17st9.8lbs the heaviest I have ever been so I think this weight will be enough to keep me on track today!
    Had the banofee porridge so far and hated it yuckkkk. It was too sweet and too much artificial banana taste so thankfully it was a free sample and not something I ordered x

    Green Tea
    Banoffee Porridge
    Spicy Spaghetti
    2 boiled eggs
    Chocolate and Coconut bar
    150ml of skimmed milk
    3 litres of water
