Nurofen Meltlets

I had a headache yesterday and had through the course f the day 6 nurofen meltlets. It has just occured to me that they may mostly be made up of carbyfied shet.

Is this gonna be a real problem??

Some people may be more sensitive to getting knocked out of ketosis by something small like this than others...

I reckon best policy is not to worry about it - you can change it now - just keep going and im sure you will be fine! xox

just looked at the ingredients

Ibuprofen 200mg
Mannitol
Ethylcellulose
Aspartame
Croscarmellose sodium
Silicon Dioxide
Hypromellrose
Flavour [flavours, maltodextrin]
Magnesium Stearate

ingredients are listed in highest quantity first, but hard to say i guess, i dont think that six will make that much diff in one day, but it may be worth finding an alternative for next time you need them.

You will be ok, there is no suger in there, just sweetener - e.g Aspartame. x
