Hello. My name is Panthro and I'm here for support in my weight loss journey! I have always been chunky - ever since I was born (10lbs 7oz) but now enough is enough. Due to laziness and an appalling attitude to food and drink I've got myself into the mess I am!
Although primarily weight less I look at this as a total change in my lifestyle. The cyclic weight getting me down and the eating as comfort has to stop! Worse thing is I am a nurse and I'm all too aware of the problems I could be potentially facing if obesity continues.
