I want to start using nuts and seeds to top my fruit and yoghurt with on a morning. What can be used as a healthy extra? Quantities. Perhaps there are nutty mueslis that I can use. Can anybody help me.
20 cashews, 1tbsp of pine nuts, 10 almonds, 9 hazelnuts, 2dsp of either pistachios, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds. Hope this helps- there are more but a LOT more and it would take ages!
