Hi I'm a newbie on week one thaught I would start a diary to keep track of what I'm having
I am doing sw online weigh in on Friday

Todays food diary

Breakfast apple orange pear with muller light

Lunch jacket spud beans and salad

Tea chicken breast on wm roll hexb
with sw Chips peas leeks and mushrooms grilled tomato and fried onions with chillis on chicken breast

Hope I manage at least 3 pounds in my first weigh in
