O/T I must be going barmy!

I have high BP and take a daily tablet for it together with a water pill. So this morning when I saw I'd finished the pack of water pills I got the box, to find it empty!!!! I can only think that I've thrown away the full pack and kept last months! Trouble is I get weighed tomorrow and I can't get any more pills till wednesday! I just hope I still lose!
