Ok thanks - its just a friend of mine swears by it - she was doing the Dukan Diet but has now come off that - but still has reduced carbs and oatbran and is still consistently losing weight each week?
I put 3 teaspoons in my yoghurt today and put it thru as 1 point. A quantity - as they class it - is 30g. Which I would say is a LOT - for a few teaspoons it probably wouldn't even be a point but I gave it 1 point just to be on the safe side.
