October Challenge - 75 lb lost so far

Hi Put me down for 5!
 
I think I would love to give this a go, but please could someone just quickly explain what the craic is? Do we have to weigh ourselves and then try to lose the stated amount?

October is an exceptionally busy month for me - mum's birthday, my birthday, my fiancee's birthday and my brothers. This year I am performing best man duties for my friend also!

I am determined to try to stick to WW as much as possible though and would like to put myself down for a 10lb loss in October, if this is OK of course.

Hiya TheGreatSkua, yeah... Basically we all set ourselves a target, weigh ourselves each week and then subtract the amount from your total. Does that make any sense at all? Man, I need to go to bed, I'm confusing me now :) I love these challenges and when they're run by IreneH you can't go wrong because she's excellent at keeping the lists up to date... She's my hero :)

Does the weighing start today and then 1 week thereafter? Or does it start say on Sunday/Monday?
 
3lbs gone only 11 to try and shift this month.
 
TheGreatSkua, you can start whenever you like... I'd start today if I were you, more time to loose the pounds :) We all weigh in on different days on here so whatever day is best for you and then that day each week after.
