im really craving icing. this is really odd for me since im usually a crisps and pizza kinda gal!
i was thinking if i mix up my strawberry shake for tonight with less water so its a runny paste that might satisfy this... :confused:
is this ok to do? obvs id drink more water to make up for what i lose out on, but it wont affect the nutritional values or whatever will it??

My cravings for the first few weeks were really weird too. I found myself wanting nothing more than a big nasty greasy cheeseburger and a milk shake. I personally rarely eat a burger but I could not get the thought of them out of my head. I think it has something to do with the 'bad food withdrawal'. GL :)

First time I did CD I had cravings for savoury food like mince and gravy or steak pies, this time round I'm totally craving chocolate, it's mental, even though everything that goes into my mouth is sweet I still want chocolate - no amount of chocolate shakes or bars can make up for the desperation of wanting real, proper chocolate!!
