    Well after three weeks of not really following SW that closely I'm now back on track and the good news is, only put 2 lb on so all is good!

    thanks! its odd, because after eating basically lots of stuff I shouldnt I'm now yearning for all healthy food!

    Going off the rails in a big way can sometimes be a blessing. Constantly picking a cheating is far worse as a weight loss wrecker lol
