Holiday was brill - lunch and dinner were lush, had lots of fresh baked fish and veg, and lots of sweetcorn, beetroot and other salady stuff. breakfast wasnt good, think this is what let me down, it was always fry up stuff (not alot of fresh fruit in the mornings) and cereal. So i was having eggs, sausages etc. And most days id also have chips with either lunch or dinner - so im expecting atleast a stone gain noone to blame but maself! lol Also, constantly drank fizzy drinks although i only stuck to vodka and no pints etc.
It is definatly harder trying to maintain etc isnt it - dont ya just wish we could live on tfr?!!!! lol
