ah. in total. i thought you meant you wanted to lose 6 stone from now!! a stone a week!! wouldn't mind some of that :D

i just really really want to get into a size 16. really really really really. and then a 14. i thought the sizes would go down faster once i got going. but not in my case. i went from a very tight 20 (basically a 22) to an 18 fast and now i seem to have been a size 18 forever!! ha.

Ahhhh. I was faced with the reality that although I was wearing a size 22/24 bottoms and 24/26 tops when I was at my biggest, I really should have been wearing much bigger sizes!!!! So was frustrating that i lost 3 stone and rather than going in to smaller clothes, I was wearing the same clothes but they fit!!! lol

I am now (back) in size 18 jeans comfortably - I had to abandon them last week due to putting a few pounds back on (another thing that made me get back in to gear!!!)

I dream of being in size 16 jeans. Actually I dream of being in size 12 jeans, but size 16 would be amazing as a next step!!! My next goal is to get into my size 18 Dorothy Perkins jeans that seem to be considerably slimmer fitting that my New Look ones I am wearing right now! lol

I weighed in today, so last week i was 14st, and today i am 13 11... so thats 3lb for me!!

am finding it hard to down my water atm, so thats my next area to concentrate on
and think its time to set some mini goals again to keep me going.....
 
Good idea :D I struggle with the water too I have to say - so try and top it up with coffee and tea :)
 
never have a problem with the coffee lol
on about 15 mugs a day!!!!!

well i want to report a 4.25lb loss this last week which has me gobsmacked. i think i was a bit dehydrated due to my cleaning and going wobbly saga and sleeping half the day yesterday, but even so!! am expecting a naff loss this week to compensate, but i'll deal with that when it happens. looking at my ticker this morning i also realised that I'M OVER HALF WAY THERE. so so happy with that, ha. once i get to 11st 7 i am quite happy to eat healthily and drop the last few lbs slowly. i am a very comfy 14 at 11st 2 so hopefully by my wedding i'll be that. my face gets very gaunt towards a size 12 so i'll see how i go after that. mind you, i'm jumping the gun a bit here... ha.

anyway, my mission for today is to up my actual water intake instead of having too much coffee as per usual!
and actually do some work instead of bumming around!!!!
i'm around most of the day though.....
 
Congrats Abz!!!! thats brilliant!!!! I am very impressed you remember size 12 - I dont think I have even been a size 12 lol. In fact I dont remember being a 12 or 14 - I think I was born in a size 18 pmsl

My scales are showing another 1lb down today which is brilliant news - although I am not changing any tickers or anything until I have my official weigh in on friday.

CeeKay - same as you, I am desperately trying to up my water intake today! Am going to try and drink 3 litres of actual water today rather than 2 litres plus a couple of coffees. I really struggle with water, laregly because now I am in ketosis I just dont feel hungry or thirsty at all!!! However I also know if I don't drink enough my kidneys ache the next morning :( so thats motivation to keep on slurping!
 
same with me bish. i have aching kidneys this morning!! just had my first ever strawberry tetra and it was rank. not doing that again. i have just gulped it down. a bit gutting really as i like to savour and enjoy my packs. makes me feel less like i'm missing out, ha.

well done on the lb bish. that's good news. and friday is a long way away. plenty of time to drop more :)

i'm a coffee fiend too claire. in fact i have a cafetiere full stewing next to me at the mo. want to finish my first half litre of water for the day first though...

hmmmmm on my 3rd coffee, and still no water yet!
 
glug a pint!! you'll hang onto your weight if you don't!! i'm a sod for drinking loads of coffee but i aim to drink 3 litres of water a day too. otherwise your liver can't metabolise your fat as easily as it's dealing with all the crap your kidneys should be doing too. gluggity gluggity glug!!
