well done muffin muncher.. great loss, stayed the same at unoffical weigh in yesterday am, have lost a pound by the time I was weighed by cdc tonight.. have a great week team 3.. anyone want to set a mini target for next weigh in x

hi sarah, I'm still about, not sure about anyonelse, not been much activity on the team 3 board recently, I've not had much time on minimins just the odd 5 mins here and there.

Hi guys sorry I haven't been around but I am just not getting any time to come on here and when I do it's only for a few minutes so I am sure you will understand if I tell you I am leaving the team, I am nearly finished anyway and will be doing maintenance in the next 3 weeks and I have been rubbish at getting the results in so I am leaving that up to someone else.
