well done ceekay, glad you're feeling better Abz, sounds like you got a good deal caryl. had to stay at work for a stupid meeting, bored us all to tears, our line manager was offering round a tin of roses but I resisted.

WI over ................ I have lost the 5 pounds that I put on while on holiday whoooooooooooopeeeeeeeeeee.

So my own weigh in last week was 3 off and official this week showed that and 2 more!! What a relief - I was scared!!!! lol

So I am inspired again now. Will post results for analysis to Caryl lol

ha. well i'm not wearing my big boots today wilma so it's a good job

i'm at work again. ho hum. still. there's enough to do to keep me occupied today. for now in any case. not sure about until 11pm but we'll see

am just having my first pack of the day, a bar, since it has to keep me going until evening. and i'm hoping that OH manages to get to mozza's on his way home to pick me up some roast chicken from the rotisserie as i am struggling a bit and want an ss+ day.

weight is the same today, but at least it hasn't gone up. have realised i haven't been to the loo in aaaaaaaages (sorry, tmi) but that may be part of the weight gain cause i suppose. not long to go until christmas now. i just keep thinking about those size 16s!! *sigh*. also want to kick the guys at work up the ass and organise our christmas do today if at all possible.

hi all.....
havent been around much today as had a party to do this morning!
very weird trying to be all "sales" at 10am lol
not had any water as yet today, and doubt if i'll have much, as got an hour and half drive to a big meeting, and back later, so wont be able to stop for loo breaks lol
not had anything other than coffee actually as gonna have a porridge bout 5, take a shake to drink en route, and have my bar when i get home which wont be till bout half eleven at earliest!
i feel a lay in coming on for tomorrow morning!!!! LOL

Hello all! Had a very busy morning Normally daughter has swimming lessons on a wednesday morning, but they were cancelled so we went to Romsey Rapids instead and had a great time! Not sure if it is "normal" for a 16 month old to be going down the big flume, but she bloody loved it!!!!!

Had a minor incident in the car park afterwards... Forgot to take a bra with me to swimming, and managed to flash some people in the car park afterwards when I pulled my jumper off and my top rode up! oops lol.

So only just home now. Chloe asleep upstairs, I am sitting down on the sofa chilling out and sipping my water

well i just had my ss+ chicken and i'm stuffed. i keep forgetting how much my stomach has shrunk. my eyes really really are much bigger than my belly. they always have been. the trouble now is stopping when i'm full!! ha.

Hi all - just got back from a trip to Trafford Centre - I had a naked ceasar salad and tried on a few coats I CAN GET INTO A SIZE 16!!!!! And they button up easily!!!!!! So ............. I now want to get into a 14!!! Never satisfied lol

ooooh. well done wilma!! hope i can join you by christmas. i don't know how tight a 16 would be. i daren't try, ha. but i want to wait until i have de-bloated before i give it a shot. if i can even get them on without doing them up i'll be chuffed
